Super Sunday


It is a beautiful day here in the Nations Capital.

I woke up this morning with energy and a feeling of well-being.

I spent the morning at church and this afternoon Norm and I went for a walk through the

Byward Market.

My hair is really thinning but..... no missing clumps yet.

    Great to hear that you had a "Super Sunday", Dodi and were feeling well enough to get out and about. It certainly was a glorious Sunday to be enjoying the outdoors. Keep up the good progress!
